Spring Has Sprung

Here in New York City, it seems that spring is finally here. A few weeks back, we had a couple teaser days, only for the chill to roll back in. But this week, it seems we are finally feeling the warmth.

With spring, it not only means it's time to switch out closets but, especially here in NYC, it's time to put away the black and pull out the colors.

As we have discussed one spring trend just the other week, Denim on Denim for Spring 2017, I thought it would be fun to talk about ways you can add color to your spring routine, which is a spring trend that doesn't go out of fashion.

Flowers

This may seem given with spring, yet, now is the time to go out and purchase yourself a bouquet of flowers. If you don't have one, treat yourself to a nice vase. In turn, every time you look at those flowers and their entire presentation, you'll instantly get a smile on your face.

Food

While I was walking in the grocery store the other day, I couldn't help but stare at all of the fruit - lots of fruit. I was so excited to get my hands on colorful fruit, I decided to make a smoothie. Sipping something so colorful was an easy way to crank out a smile.

Tees

A simple way to add color to any outfit you wear for spring is with a colorful tee. You could stick with a solid color or you could go multi-color, your options are limitless. With color, have fun with it!
